I have questions I couldn’t find answers for: for some five years I have been using DT Office 2 and to go 2. It worked fine until MacOS Mojave and IOS 14.5
I am keeping things fixed on Mojave, but IOS upgrade to 14.6 breaks my system, because the App keeps quitting.
My questions:
How could I keep using version 2 of this great product?
Could I mix DT Office 2 with to go 3?
Anyone?!
Based on what you say, with a proper backup, maybe the first step would be to do a factory reset on your IOS device(s), upgrade, and restore and see if that resolves the “keep quitting” error.
It could be you have a hardware problem on the device(s) which may need attention by Apple or other.
Actually, if he’s referring to DEVONthink To Go 2.x, it is now out of development and won’t be updated. People should move to DEVONthink To Go 3.
But of course that’s true of DEVONthink 2 on the Mac as well. People should move to 3 sooner rather than later.
