Keeping Mendeley folder structure when indexing

Hi,

I’m guessing the answer is no, but wanted to double-check: is there a way to keep the folder structure from Mendeley when indexing the pdfs into DT3?

I’m not familiar with Mendeley’s structure but indexing folders retains the hierarchy.
