labels appear inconsistently

When I do a search in the 3 pane view, sometimes labelled items are marked with their label color, other times not. I can look at the Info Panel and see that the label is present, but the title of the item is not highlighted with the label color.

Why would that be?

Depending on the preferences, names of replicated/duplicated items are colorized and in this case the label color isn’t used. Could you post a screenshot of the three-pane view and of Preferences > General? Thanks!
