A message appears saying to purchase Devon. I do not understand why because I have a licence for 3 computers and I did not change anything. If I look in my account I can see that I have 3 recognized machines. How can I get rid of this message without loosing my documents ? Thanks for your help. Philippe Mayor
I dont’ know what happened, but have you tried looking at the registered licensing information in the app? In the menu bar go to DEVONthink 3 > License…
Maybe an OS update broke/reset something? Maybe you can re-enter it?
Either way, I don’t see how you should lose any documents unless you delete something.
If nothing else, you can free up a Seat in your license by going to your customer account on the website. Under your Your Licenses, click on DEVONthink (Pro), which takes you to a page with details on your license. Here you see a list of Devices, which you can edit. Simply remove one to free up a seat.
Edit: But yes, as Bluefrog says, maybe open a support ticket. (They might like to figure out what happened.)
