I’ve just decommissioned my old (‘Late 2017’) iMac Pro and re-installed everything from scratch on an M4 Studio.
Including DEVONthink Pro 4.
I don’t need to revoke or de-activate or de-authorise etc the instance of DTP 4 on my old machine, do I?

Thanks, Jim. I wondered. Glad I asked.
Thanks for the link. But I’m not entirely sure if I’m all set.
On my Customer Account > ‘Software Licenses’ page, at the bottom I see what I think are only two activated Devices: one indeed for/on my new Studio; Good. And (from earlier this year) on my Mac Book Pro.
This is as I want it. No mention of my old (now not used) iMac Pro.
But at the top right of that page there is a magenta ‘Activate’ lozenge, suggesting that I need to activate something.
May I trouble you for guidance, please?
The instance of DTP 4 is working perfectly on my new Studio.
Thanks again in advance here
!
If the new one is already listed in the devices and there’s no green trial period at the upper right of a DEVONthink window, you’re all set.
You’re welcome

Thanks, Jim - if you look at my page (the one in question), is that what you see, please?
I can’t access anyone’s account. That’s private data. You can open a support ticket and send a screen capture, if you’d like.

I wondered whether that may be the case. I hate to fuss, Jim. But DEVONthink is too important (to me - as to everyone else, I bet) to take any chances.
So ticket #472484 duly opened.
Much appreciated
