Link -> Import... how?

I am sure it’s already someehere on the board… I just could not find it.

Currently one of my databases is about 25’000 dox big with some of the dox in the database (through ScanSnap) and other dox are linked to the database. Overall quite a mess. I would like to clean it up and import all the dox that are currently linked into the database.
How should I go about it without duplicating everything? With so many dox it’s a nightmare to do a manual cleanup.

Just create a smart group with the condition “Instance is indexed” and select its results and choose “Move into database” in the contextual/action menu.
