Link to document in database after export/import laptop

Using a workstation for most of the work. There are a couple of DTPO databases installed. Using other apps for notes. (Circus pony Notebook, Voodoopad) Using links in these apps documents to get me relevant documents stored in DTPO. Works great.

When travelling I want to export database data to the laptop and import into DTPO on that laptop. The notebook data is copied also.

Unfortunately these links are not working on the new environment …

Is there a way to get this working?

Ex- & importing doesn’t retain the UUIDs used by cross-links. Therefore you could export a complete database (see File > Export > Database Archive…) and transfer the archive to your notebook. Or you could synchronize your computers (see Preferences > Sync) via Bonjour or via a cloud service.
