Is there a video of how to upgrade to DT 4 with a local server sync?

No, there are no video tutorials.
Have you looked at the In & Out > Sync: WebDAV section of then built-in Help and manual?

Thanks for the reply. I have reviewed the help section. I prefer visuals for learning; they are easier for me to conceptualize.
