Hello, I am trying DevonTHINK Personal Edition out, and I am finding it is great place to keep a lot of information, but my question is about being able to choose where to locate my DT database. I prefer to keep the db in my ~/Documents folder as that is the folder I keep synced across multiple machines – via my iPod. I cannot, however, get DT on my research office machine to open to db that I created on my computer at home. (And I would prefer not to have to sync the contents of my ~/Library, or even portions of it.) I really, really like it when an app lets me choose where MY data gets storied. What am I missing in DT that would let me do this?
If you’re running PE then it should just be a matter of making an alias of your DT folder/document and put into the ~/Library folder.
