Looking for help or freelancer to automate mails sending to devonthink mailboxes

Hello,

Just started with DEVONthink and a bit obsessed with productivity, seems to be potentially a very nice tool DEVONthink :slight_smile: .

I’m looking for someone to help me, can be paid ofcourse to build in the future some automation with scripting etc.. for this request it’s about getting mails in..

:bullseye: Project Goals

You will help build an automation system that connects Apple Mail and DEVONthink, allowing specific incoming emails to be automatically organized.

Main goals:

  1. Automatically forward or route certain incoming emails (from defined senders or keywords) into DEVONthink.
  2. Ensure each email and its attachments are stored as separate, individual files inside DEVONthink.
  3. Maintain visibility of inline images or photos within the email body.
  4. One dedicated email address should always forward everything automatically into one fixed DEVONthink mailbox.
  5. Each file and email should be easy to process later (move, tag, or archive individually).
    (the receiving email box will be a gmail address)

Do you use Apple Mail? Then one or more rules (see Mail > Settings > Rules and the action Run AppleScript) using one of the scripts provided by DEVONthink should be sufficient.

Hello @cgrunenberg , I use the application superhuman email app, but i have ofcourse at my mac also i have apple mail.

I’m looking for someone to help me where i can explain more by words what i’m looking for an then can build the automation with the right rules, is this something you could help with?
