Lost Global Inbox in Finder Favorites

I somehow have lost DTPO Inbox in my Finder favorites and in the Save dialogs. I reinstalled DTPO, rebooted, reinstalled just the Add-on (DTPO reports it installed) and still do not have the Inbox in Save dialogs or in the Finder Favorites panel.

Any suggestions for getting this back?

In the Finder, press Command-Shift-G and paste: ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2. Select the Inbox and drag and drop it to your sidebar.
