Lost Mobile Sync on DT pro desktop!

No clue what I did, but, this has disappeared from everywhere on the desktop! How do I get it back??

Do you mean the Mobile Sync folder is missing from a database (or potentially more than one database)?

Ah, just figured it out! I had just started using DT again, don’t ask, and had not setup a database name and all of that. I had everything, not a whole lot, in the Inbox.

I am also missing mobile sync directory from some but not all of my databases. Ideas? Thanks in advance.

Welcome @ddesmarais58

There is no Mobile Sync group any longer, as it’s not used by DEVONthink or DEVONthink To Go.

It may be present in older databases, but it’s no longer present when creating new databases.
