Feal stupid but somehow whilst in 3 Pane View I have managed to lose sight of all the items in the Global Inbox and all I am getting is as per this screen shot, I can not see all 25 items in the Global Inbox. How do I get the complete view back? Cheers.
Choose Go > Top Group and see what happens. You’re probably looking at the root group which usually has no documents in it, just groups.
Or just change views and change back.
This seems to be happening only in 3 Pane View as in other views all is well. Switching views and returning does not help neither does GO>Top Group.
