macOS Mail extension causing CPU usage?

Ever since I installed the Mail.app extension along with DevonTHINK my Mail app goes through bouts of heavy CPU usage. It never did this before. Can I temporarily remove or disable the extension somehow for troubleshooting?

The Mail plugin shouldn’t use any CPU time usually (only while importing huge amounts of emails). On Mojave you can disable the plugin in Mail > Preferences > General > Manage Plug-Ins…, on older systems you could remove the file ~/Library/Mail/Bundles/DEVONMailConduit-SnowLeopard.mailbundle from your home directory and launch Mail afterwards.

Sorry, disregard… turned out this was MailTags plugin, not DT.
