Mail 2.0 appearance (Tiger)

I would like to use the Mail 2.0 appearance, but it becomes hard to select the boundary between two panes to move it. Mail 2.0 actually has a widget for this which DT Pro lacks, which is the grab strip at the bottom of the window. This makes up for the sleek, thin border being so hard to grab.

Can this be added?
