Mail plug-in installed but mails not imported

Hi, under Mojave I have installed the mail plugin, and I have activated in Mail preferences. The command appears in Mail menu, but when I try to import, there is a sound, the icon of DTPO (2.10.2) jumps on the dock, but the mail does not appear in the Inbox as usual.

Did you grant DEVONthink access in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access?
