Manifest file missing

So. I am leaving for the UK for seven weeks in two days and all of a sudden DTTG is not syncing with Dropbox. I get messages on four missing “manifest” files. See the screenshot for this.

What is going on? I rely on DTTG to keep my travel documents handy without carrying a bunch of paper. DTPO seems to be syncing fine with Dropbox, btw
