Markdown Template with Name as first line

I am looking for a way to create a MarkDown template that automagically adds the document Name as the first line.
That is you would name the document and this name replaces in the following:
# <documentTitle>

Mostly for my own amusement I made this iOS shortcut in a few minutes. When you open it the first time it should ask you which group you want to create it in. Defaults to Global Inbox.
