Mellel and See Also

I seem to have lost the ability to get “See Also” results from Mellel files. I think this happened before, but I can’t remember how to solve it. The Quicklook works fine.
Is this related to the recent update? (It’s been a while since I tried this functionality, but now I need it).

The most likely reason is that indexing of the Mellel files failed. Does reimporting them or rebuilding the database fix this? What’s the word count of these documents?
