The menu extra icon will not appear on my toolbar. I have turned it on in the preferences menu. Any suggestions? Am using Mac Snow leopard and the Devon agent 3.0 beta.

The menu extra should appear in the upper right corner of the menu bar, to the left of all other menu extras. Assuming that there’s enough space left.
The only icon that appears is the Devonagent Express Icon. When I select “start at login” in the menu extras preferences panel, Devonagent Express is put in my “log in items” queue and the Devonagent Express icon is placed on my toolbar.

That’s correct. The menu extra of DEVONagent 3.0pb4 is an embedded version of DEVONagent Express.
