I have been using DTPO with five separate databases for different issues, but I think now it might be more convenient to comine them into one database, using Groups to separate the items I now have in different databases. I am sorry if I have missed something simple, but is there an easy way to do this, please?
Export Files and Folders then import into the database you want to use
It would be a good idea to use Scripts > Export > Backup Archive to make an archive of each of the databases in their current state – just in case you were to change your mind about a complete merger of all into a single database.

This advice was posted over five years ago. Any updated suggestions for the merging two or more DTPO databases? Also, will any imported folders always show up in the inbox? Thanks.
