Missing Inbox and Smart Rules

Dear DT Community,

I have been trying out the DT Pro trial, and finally jumped in today and purchased a license key. In the trial version I had setup several smart rules, and had some files in my Global Inbox waiting for sorting.

I upgraded to Big Sur, purchased a license key, and activated the software. After reopening the databases I had created the files that I had already sorted are present. However, all my Smart Rules and files in the global inbox are missing.

Is there any way to get these back please?

How exactly did you upgrade to Big Sur, did you do a clean install of Big Sur? The inbox and the smart rules are stored in the same application directory (~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink 3/SmartRules.plist and ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink 3/Inbox.dtBase2) but licensing the application doesn’t touch them.
