Modification of creation, added and modified dates for DTTG sync'd records

When I sync records from DTTG (ver 2.7.7, iOS 14.0.1) they appear in DT3 but all the dates (creation, added, modified, etc.) are changed from their original values to the day and time of sync. Is this expected? How can said dates remain unchanged after the sync?

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
Include screen captures of DEVONthink and DEVONthink To Go displaying where you’re seeing the discrepancy. Thanks.
