Moving to new computer

I will be transfering all my files to a new computer. I will be using the apple utility that allows your file and idenity on your old computer to transfer to the new one.
My question: Will my indexed files still remain indexed that are currently indexed w/ DTPO? Like I said, this is a complete transfer of all my files.

Probably if the indexed files are still (after the transfer) located at the same place and therefore can be found by DEVONthink using the previous user-relative or absolute path.
