There are lots of options currently for Reminder actions.
Is it possible to choose more than one of these for a given document?
Currently only one action is supported, a script might be the best workaround.
I don’t see those items in the script dictionary - how would I execute them in a script?
The script suite doesn’t support all these actions, e.g. adding to a reading list is supported just like displaying alerts. Other actions would require to script the Finder or the email client for example.
