I have 2 locations plus 2 mobile. Using DT3 Pro, my base machine db is verified, working. Its sync location is dropbox, and drop shows files being delivered from base. However all the remote locations are not getting latest base changes, they only get way old one, no longer new ones. I have emailed support several times about this, cannot figure out how to fix this. Other notes: Sent document from Base, remotes do not see it. Send documents from remote, base does not receive them, they do go to drop box. Sent documents from iphones, base does not receive. One remote getting error of : The operation could not be completed NSURLErrorDomain error -1001
What kind of sync locations do you use? ‘NSURLErrorDomain error -1001’ is actually a timeout, maybe it’s a network issue?
