I see the up/down arrows in the top bar, but there must be a quick way to move to a specific page within the pdf that I just can’t find. I need to get to page 347 of 610 pages.

Between the two up/down arrow icons there is a page number icon-if you are on the first page of your PDF it will read 1/610. Double-click on the page number icon and you’ll get a dialog to set the page number to jump to.
Ahhh…just like in Skim, et al.
