I am very, very new to pro office, using a trial version in order to work on a project remotely. However, our team is having difficulty syncing through dropbox. Could someone please explain how we can sync a database and share across personal dropboxes? Although we have tried following all the instructions in the manual/tutorials, it hasn’t worked. (We thought creating a shared one might be another path, but we were unable to disconnect devonthink from our personal ones to the new one) Thank you!
Using a common account is the way to do it (though Dropbox only allows you to Sync to one account from DEVONthink). To unlink DEVONthink from a Dropbox account, go online into your Dropbox account’s Settings > Security > Apps linked and remove the DEVONthink Sync.
