Usually when I’m scrolling around in my DTP database, I know where I am, because the folder/group I’m currently in is grayed. But sometimes – a click here, a click there, a See Also search – I suddenly find that I’ve un-grayed my current folder/group, and I’ve lost my place in my folder structure. This is a major problem if I then create a new Rich Text note, because it creates one that I can no longer find or name, because I don’t know where I am or where DTP has put it. (Actually what usually happens is the reverse: I create the new note, then discover that I’ve ungrayed my group and have lost my place.) Extremely frustrating! This will become even more frustrating once tags are implemented (ah, tags, if only!), since I won’t know where the new RTF is rooted nor thus how to tag it …
It should be in the root/top level group.
