No contextual menu plugin

On the Install Add-Ons page, Contextual Menu Plugin is unchecked and grayed-out, and no DevonThink options appear when I right-click. Any thoughts on why?

Contextual menu plugins are deprecated since Mac OS X 10.6.x, therefore this option is only available on Mac OS X 10.5.8. However, DEVONthink’s services should be part of many contextual menus (depending on the selection).
