I collect some PDFs in DTPO.
All show preview in DTPO.
The last PDF which I add today from finder to DTPO show no preview.

What can be the reason?
I have start DTPO again and also my iMac.
DTPO 2.9.12
OS X 10.11.6

Is this clipped from the browser? There is currently an issue in 2.9.12 with PDF thumbnails. We are investigating it right now.

This is an incompatibility of version 2.9.12 to older macOS releases (10.11.x or older), version 2.9.13 will fix this.
