No unread items but shown as unread

I know similar stuff has been shown here before, but I cannot find the messages.

Capture shows 19 unread items in my global inbox, that are the exact 19 items into it. But they aren’t unread nor have unread tags.

I selected all of them, marked unread and then read. No success.

I quit DT, manually deleted global inbox from Application Support, re-sync it. No success.

This is only shown in my Mac Studio, not in my Mac mini nor my MPB.

Any way to solve this?

Mac Studio:

Mac mini:

Does a search for item:unread find anything?

Nothing.

Anything inside the Tags group? Is a verification successful?

No. Yes. See capture.

I could copy the global inbox from other Mac. And/or send the offending one to you. It is about 70 MB only.

Did you disable unified inboxes?

Yes, they are disabled. And that is the difference between all other of my installations: they are unified. In all other 2 Macs, if I de-unified them, they show the same unread items, and if I unify here, the unread count disappears and reappears on disabling it.

Really boring question, but have you tried closing down DT and restarting the offending Mac?

Sometimes the old “have you tried turning it off and on again” trick is the best!

Yes. A “Windows” is a must in latest macOS versions for any issue. I think it is a glitch. With unified inboxes disabled, it appears in all my 3 installations. With them disabled, disappear.
