Not Indexing At All

My situation is that I had the demo version installed from devontechnologies.com and then installed the App Store version over it. Now, it won’t index at all. When I tell it to ‘Update Now’, the bar appears for a second and then disappears. The app itself simply reads ‘Index not yet available’.

I’ve tried re-installing the app and deleting the '~/Library/Application Support/DEVONsphere Express’ folder. Console shows nothing at all when I try to force an update and I couldn’t find any log files anywhere.

Have you rebooted?

I’d suggest to use the newer version from our website. This version doesn’t require a license if you’ve used the App Store version at least once.
