Not Indexing Documents

Hi. I just purchase DEVONsphere Express. I don’t know if I’m doing anything wrong but whenever I try to index my documents (which number in the thousands) it does the Traverse thing for a about ten seconds, then it shows it starting to index the documents and abruptly stops indexing. When I check the Categories tab in Preferences, it shows the number 11 after Documents. When I put a search query in it never pulls up any documents–only web sites or email messages.

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Which version of DEVONsphere Express are you using? Could you please send the file ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONsphere Express/Logs/devonbot/default.log to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com? Finally, has been anything logged to the system console (see /Applications/Utilities/Console.app) while indexing? Thanks in advance!
