Not indexing Outlook Live Email

I believe I have provided all the right pemissions and read through the posts here but no joy. Can someone provide some things for me to evaluate or do. I have even opened an account in Mail for the Outlook email and DSE still will not pull from it. Thanks for having the community here to draw from.

Make sure you have enabled Full Disk Access in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy.
