":Not Responding" after El Capitan Update

I hope I’m correct in assuming there is a fix for this: DEVONthink will not open now that I’ve upgraded to El Capitan. Activity Monitor shows it “not responding.”

Any ideas?


There is no known issue here.

  1. In the Finder, press command-Shift-G and paste: /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor.app. Double-click to open.
  2. Find DEVONthink and press the Sample Process button.
  3. When it is finished, save the results to your Desktop and attach it when you start a Support Ticket.

I left it “opening” while I left my office for a few hours and it eventually opened. I’ll take the steps you suggest, though.
