Not syncing: "Encryption key not available"

Hi, DTTG is working and syncing fine on my iPhone, but on my iPad I have the following Log item:

Informative: (name of my dtCloud) Encryption key not available.

I cannot seem to clear this or get syncing to happen. I have a password for my sync store but I am not sure about encryption. I cannot determine how to re-enter my password to see if that helps.

I’d appreciate any tips.

In DEVONthink To Go 2’s Settings > Sync : Edit Locations, press the Edit link and touch the Sync location. Just re-enter the same key again (in both places) and press Save.

That fixed it.
