Normally the note annotation for pdf when used has a text window/annotation box you can type into automatically and which mirrors the text in the side of the pdf. I cannot enter any text in the box and therefore cannot make notes. I am running the latest version of DT.
Does anyone else have this issue?

I have another (perhaps related) problem with pdf annotation. If 2 highlights touch, the second eliminates the first. Am I the only one with this issue?

That happens with me occasionally. Think it has something to do with how the PDF is OCR’ed?
I usually ‘back-up’ the end of the first highlight ‘patch’, by a word or three - to leave a (no-highlighting) gap before the second highlight ‘patch’ starts - that usually works for me.
Perhaps, but it doesn’t just happen with my own scans, and it doesn’t seem to happen with Preview of Skim.
I would quite like if the DTPO pdf reader were updated. It’s great to be able to link specific pages, but a number of other things are less than easy to use.
