I received this message today (DTTG 3.2 17130, iOS 14.8):

The same information was repeated in the log:

I was not using DTTG at the point in time at which the message appeared. Nothing is obviously amiss. Any clues as to what the message means?

This is definitely not a file DEVONthink To Go would create on its own. It rather looks more like a system file and iOS was not able to remove it, why ever. So I’d consider this not an issue.

Cool. I’ll tell it to look under the kitchen sink if it happens again.
