OCR Problems - Devonthink Doesn't Recognize the OCR in a PDF

Si have a 700 page pdf that i have already OCR’ed. When i drag and drop it it into Devonthink, it does not detect the OCR. I’ve done this with several other documents, and it has worked fine. How do I get Devonthink 3 to recognize the OCR?

  • What did you do the OCR with?

So I ocr’d six big PDFS with Acrobat Pro and Devon saw them all. Then did the same with a seventh and Devonthink didn’t recognize it.

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket. ZIP and attach the PDF.
