One database among many is not syncing

Hi,
Among the many databases that I have, one does not sync with my iPhone or iPad.

It is very large database.

I have the database selected to sync both on my phone and ipad.

Does the database on the computer need a parameter to be turned on too?

I see the database try to sync as I see the it begin the process than is stops?

How do i get the synicng to be successful?

What kind of sync location do you use? Was any error logged?

Thank you for your support.

There are no error messages and I am signed up with iCloud.

The other databases I have are syncing properly or at least with most of the data.

It is just this one large database that begins then just ends.

How large is the database and how much iCloud space do you have?

The DevonThink database is 3.9 GB and iCloud has 1.36 TB of space left.

  • Is there anything reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?
  • Is there a triangle on the sync icon in DEVONthink To Go’s bottom toolbar? If so, touch it and post what it reports.

The exact process is occurring on my iPhone. There is no triangle on the sync icon on either device plus there is no error message in the Windows.
