'Open Externally' button in the 'Customize' menu

Hi everyone,

Apologies if this has been answered already or is v basic, but I can’t find a reference on searching.

I see that ‘Open Externally’ opens Apple’s Preview by default; is it possible to open a program like ‘PDFpen’ by default, rather than having say to use ‘Actions > Open With’ ??

Just set PDFPen as the default application for all PDF documents (see Finder’s Info panel).

Thank you. I thought I’d done that, but clearly I hadn’t properly because having followed your advice it now works.

I’m really starting to enjoy the program!
