Open WikiLinks in MD readers?

Hi all,
Is there a way to embed WikiLinks so that they work in external markdown readers (e.g. typora)?
They currently show as plain text, i.e. [[mylink]].
I am just interested in opening a WikiLink in typora, not necessarily in creating one.

No, that is not currently possible.
Development would have to assess the feasibility of the request.
