do anyone have the problem, that Devonthink Pro Office can’t add .doc/.docx/.dot-files on OS X Yosemite DP2? Any solutions?

We don’t support beta versions of OS X, for obvious reasons. Betas are not finished works and Apple frequently makes changes in progress. They may contain bugs that will (hopefully) be removed before the final release.
I usually advice against running a prerelease version of OS X on a “work” computer, and so does Apple.
Our developers are aware of Yosemite and are preparing for it. When Apple releases an official version of Yosemite we will release necessary maintenance updates.
