Outlook email import failing

I just upgraded to Pro Office and then tried to import email from Outlook. The first time, it took quite a while but then finally showed my email folders. I closed the dialog box without clicking import or archive, and then when I tried to import again, it failed. It appears to access the disk for a while (and I get the beach ball), but then it stops and nothing appears in the email list. I’ve tried closing and opening DTP and Outlook, as well as logging out and back in to the computer. What should I do to get it to reset and import email?
