I have several long docs in PDF format. When using DT3 the page numbers and footing show up normally. When using DTTG, the page number and footing is gone.
Because my workflow is to read and markup using an Apple Pencil using DTTG, referencing the marked up pages in my outline notes is not possible.
Please advise.
