Lately, after the Apple Foundation Models have become an option to use in DT, I have considered using them for simple tasks like “Rename file to chat suggestion”, so save the money from an api call.
However, in a lot of cases I am encountering an error: “Model context exceeded” and the call fails.
I was wondering for a long time if perhaps it would be possible to add an option to either only pass a specific page, or add an option to pass only relevant pages (with the understanding that some pages might be missed, or wrongly sent)?
In my specific use case I usually only care about the first page because it either contains the title or the abstract with gives a gist of the paper.
Which version of DEVONthink and of macOS do you use? Could you share a document (e,g. via PM) that’s causing this? Thanks!
