PDF Clutter-Free with (publication) date

I’d like to capture news as PDF (Clutter-Free).

But I need the publication date which currently isn’t (always?) included.

Would it be possible to include dates?

You could try to find the dates in the original HTML, I guess. Nowadays, websites include meta data like OpenGraph in the head element for SEO purposes.
Perhaps a scriptlet, passing the data to DT via URL?

Thanks! Yes, I already had a similar idea of capturing a normal PDF, extracting the date and using it to set the creation date of the clutter-free PDF. That would probably work, but it’s of course not ideal.
