I’ve done that but then it doesn’t have the URL that the PDF came from.
It works using the Share menu > Add to DEVONthink 3 option.
I forgot about the Share menu. I noticed that the file size is different when captured as one page or paginated.

Downloading this pdf
The file sizes are different. It looks like when ‘sharing as PDF (one Page)’ the file size is smaller. Sharing as PDF (Paginated) shows no difference to direct download.
