Hi folks! This is my first post here. I’ve really enjoyed building my dissertation through Devonthink. 
Is there any way to convert “pdf” files into “PDF” files? What is the difference between the two? Devonthink doesn’t offer the same functionality for pdfs as PDFs. I am not sure how I created one vs the other (some are downloaded, some were created with the iPhone app Scanner Pro). Within Devonthink, “pdfs” don’t allow resizing, rotating, or interacting with the text via in-line annotation or cutting-and-pasting (although, oddly, the content appears in searches). But they operate the same as PDFs in Adobe acrobat pro.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
